Reimbursement

Please note that the reimbursement process for the Chancellor’s Grant has changed.

Reimbursements will now be processed directly through the recipient’s academic department, rather than through the Graduate Student Assembly (GSA).

Students who receive a Chancellor’s Grant award must coordinate all approved travel purchases and expenses directly with their sponsoring department. GSA and Student Life Business Services will not reimburse students for purchases made independently of their department.

Following completion of the approved travel and the conclusion of the applicable grant period, Student Life Business Services will transfer the awarded funds directly to the sponsoring department. Departments are responsible for retaining all required purchasing and expense documentation in accordance with University procedures.

Additional information and guidance regarding the updated reimbursement process will be provided as it becomes available. Students are encouraged to monitor GSA communications for updates and consult their academic department with any questions regarding reimbursement procedures.
